1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 55ac ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service offered through 55ac.bio and all associated subdomains and digital services. By completing the registration process on 55ac, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

55ac operates under a valid international gaming license. These Terms are designed to ensure that the 55ac platform is used fairly, responsibly, and in compliance with our regulatory obligations. The 55ac platform provides online casino games, a sportsbook including cricket betting and PSL wagering, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and related entertainment services to eligible registered users.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 55ac. Where any conflict exists between documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 55ac, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as users.

• You must not have had a previous 55ac account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms.

55ac reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 55ac, you must complete the registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Where duplicate accounts are detected, 55ac will close all but the original account and may confiscate any bonus funds or winnings obtained through the duplicated accounts.

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

55ac accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard interbank transfer. All transactions on the 55ac platform are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by 55ac on any transaction.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on 55ac is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your 55ac balance within one to two minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Where unusual transaction patterns are identified, 55ac may delay, suspend, or report transactions to the relevant regulatory authority without prior notice to the account holder, as required by applicable law and licensing conditions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

55ac offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible registered users. The following general conditions apply to all 55ac promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible account holders only. One bonus per household, IP address, and device applies unless stated otherwise.

6. Gaming Rules

Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These game-level rules operate alongside these Terms and do not override them.

7. Sports Betting Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55ac platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the 55ac platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55ac's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 55ac account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55ac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the 55ac platform, even if 55ac has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

55ac does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features without prior notice.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

55ac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Compliance with a directive from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Self-exclusion requests made by the account holder.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 55ac reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned and not associated with any prohibited activity, it will be returned via the original payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 55ac support team via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure, after deduction of any applicable bonus conditions, will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

14. Amendments to These Terms

55ac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 55ac will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory directive or to prevent harm.
